A SCHOOL'S plan for a multi-million pound revamp has been scuppered after Harrow Council refused planning permission for it to go ahead.
Orley Farm School, South Hill Avenue, Harrow on the Hill, had set aside £10million for extensive improvements to the building and its grounds.
