Harrow School's bid to build observatory submitted to council

Harrow School seeks permission to build a new observatory on the lower roof on its Maths And Physics School in Football Lane in order to aid its teaching of astronomy.
The school said in its planning application of August 12 it wanted the observatory to be as discreet and produce as little light pollution as possible.
