Man falls four storeys at St George's shopping centre
A MAN is in a critical condition after falling from the fourth floor of St George's Shopping Centre in Harrow yesterday afternoon (25).
The man, in his thirties, was injured just after 2pm and was taken by air ambulance to a hospital in East London.
Police are not treating the incident as suspicious.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called just after 2pm to reports that a man had fallen from a height at St George's Shopping Centre, and we sent two ambulance crews, an officer and London's Air Ambulance. The patient was believed to be in his 30s. He was treated and stabilised at the scene before being flown to the Royal London Hospital in a serious condition."
The shopping centre was closed from 2 to 8pm yesterday evening, but is now open as normal.
